Every Lenz + Morr Membership is tailored to the needs and desires of the member, as your needs and desires change, so do we. Membership is built around lifestyles and no two lifestyles are the same. Below are the standard services we provide, these can be increased, decreased, and/or altered at any time. A dedicated Lenz + Morr team member is assigned to no more than two home in close proximity, that way each home and each family is being cared for consistently by the same individual.
We do not offer packages or levels of membership, as the Lenz + Morr experience is like no other and is best enjoyed in full.
The Lenz + Morr Difference
Daily Visits
A dedicated Lenz + Morr team member is assigned to no more than two homes, in close proximity to each other. Your home will be checked in on every single day that you are not in residence and as many or as few days as you like while you are in residence.
Daily Status Reports
The dedicated Lenz + Morr team member assigned to your home will provide a daily status report to us. Every report is immediately available for you to view under your private account. Additionally, you will receive a weekly report sent directly to your e-mail.
Supervise & Inspect
We double check all professional cleaning, landscaping, floral arrangements, art installations, even large scale construction projects to ensure it meets our standards. Many members also request that we handle all hiring, managing and payment to all household staff members.
Emergency Action Plan
The dedicated Lenz + Morr team member assigned to your home will be trained in your home, they will know where your utilities are and how to operate them. They will address all emergencies. You will receive notification of an emergency as soon as we do.
Before You Arrive
Turndown Service
A long journey is only soothed by a welcoming bed. With your favorite chocolates on your pillow and your favorite magazines on your nightstand, you will be ready for rest.
Heat & AC Comfort
We know if our members desire a cool home or a warm home. We will set the heat or AC to reflect that 12 hours prior to your arrival.
Lights On
Your lighting will be set to welcome you back. Your lighting will also be monitored and changed while you are not in residence to give the appearance that someone is always home.
Refrigerator & Pantry Stocking
We will have completed your food shopping for you. We compile the list with you or with an assistant. We ensure to stock only the brands and quantities that you desire. We will shop at supermarkets, specialty markets, farmer's markets, etc. to ensure you have everything you could possibly need and desire.
Packing & Unpacking
We will assist you in all packing and unpacking as you desire. We will also ensure that all closets are maintained to a superior organizational level. We will also handle all laundry and dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up. The clothes will neatly be arranged in your closets for you.
Prepared Meals
A warm, prepared meal will be waiting for you and two additional meals will be fresh frozen for you and your guests. We can also help arrange for one of our partner chefs to prepare meals during your entire stay if you wish.
Car Service & Travel Arrangements
We will arrange all car service or travel requirements for you and your guests. We are happy to arrange only your car service or we can book your entire travel itinerary start to finish and as often as you wish.
Pool, Tennis Court, Boat, Etc. Preparations
We will ensure that all facilities and equipment on your property are ready for your enjoyment. Hot tubs will be cleaned 12 hours before arrival, pools will be heated to your comfort level, Tennis Courts stocked with balls and equipment, boats will be filled with fuel and ready for use, etc.
Guest House Preparations
Your guest house(s) will be prepared with the same level of care and attention to detail as your primary residence. Your guests will be met with a stocked refrigerator and pantry, turndown service, fresh flowers, etc.
Security Preparations
For members who require a high level of security and privacy, we will work with your security team to ensure your home is prepared to be enjoyed quietly and most importantly, safely. We will inform your security team of any possible weak spots in security we have observed. We can work as closely or as hands off as you wish.
Religious Observance Preparations
Many of our members require special religious observation preparations. We will oversee or we will handle the entire preparations so that your home is ready for you to observe and celebrate with your family.
Medical Preparations
We will ensure that you have access to medical care should you require it. We can arrange for local doctors, pediatricians, veterinarians, etc. In most cases, we have relationships with local GP's who will make house calls should you require medical assistance in your home. We also have relationships with visiting nurse services. Additionally, we can arrange for alternative healers as well, such a homeopathic specialists, acupuncturists, etc.
Additional
Every member is different and every arrival to vacation or non-primary residence is unique. Sometimes you have returning for an annual trip, other times you are coming in every weekend. Like everything we do; your arrival and stay will be tailored to your needs and desires.
During You're Stay
Visits at Your Request
We understand that many members just want quiet family time while they are in residence, therefore, we will be as available or as scarce as you wish. As always, we will be at your assistance 24/7 should you request our services or presence.
Child Care
We partner with local trusted nanny services worldwide. We interview and train all nannies and sitters. We can arrange for childcare as you require with a moments notice. As we get to know our members better, we often learn who is the best nanny or sitter for our member's children and we work to secure that person(s) time while you are in residence.
Pet Care
We will ensure that your best friends are taken great care of. We will arrange for any grooming, training or boarding you require. We partner with local kennels, groomers and veterinarians. We learn over time, where the best spot is and who are the best caregivers for your animals.
Food and Supplies
Throughout your stay we work to ensure that your food, medicine, and supplies are always completely stocked and refreshed. This extends to items like children's toys, pool toys, cleaning supplies, etc. Everything you require, will be made available to you.
Dinners & Events
We work closely with all local restaurant and event locations to ensure our members always get the best table, the best service and the best tickets to sporting events, concerts, theater events, and mroe that no one else can.
Party Hosting
If you plan on hosting a party or get together we will oversee everything, from preparations, staffing, organizing, and clean-up. From an intimate dinner party to a large wedding, there is no party that we are not thrilled to assist you in every step of the way.
While You're Away
Secure for Off-Season and Storms
Your home will be secured for the winter season and/or hurricane season if your home is shut down for a period of time. In the event of an impeding storm, we will prepare your home 12 to 24 hours prior. You will be e-mailed a document listing all precautions taken so you have proof of safe guarding in the event a claim must be filed.
Supervise Daily
When the member is not in residence is when our supervision is even more valuable. We will oversee the progress of any construction, art installations, housecleaning, maintenance and up-keep, landscaping, trash removal, etc. A light bulb will never be out for more than a day.
Mail & Deliveries
On a weekly basis we will FedEx all First Class mail to your current address. We will also provide a report of all deliveries and depending on your wishes, we will unpack and arrange deliveries.
Snow & Ice Removal
We will oversee all snow and ice removal; ensuring that your home is safely accessible 365 days a year (weather permitting). We will also inspect all removal to ensure the least amount of seasonal damage is incurred.
Pool, Tennis, Boats, Barns, Guest Houses, Etc.
We will ensure that all facilities and equipment on your property are given the same level of attention and care as the primary residence. All facilities and equipment will be checked in on daily.
Wine, Art & Other Valuables
We will ensure that all of your most prized possessions are cared for while you are away. Many members like to do an annual or more frequent inventory of their wine cellar, art collection, etc. All of this information is provided in your report.
Closet Care
Our extreme attention to detail is best seen in our care for your closets. We will ensure that every closet, drawer and storage space in your home is immaculate and organized to a superior level.
Additional
Again, like all of our services, the care we take is as custom as the member we service. Every member requires different care. For example, members often have car collections and boats that require special attention. Simply turning on the engines on once a week is something we often do when asked.

Financial and/or Legal Services
The Lenz + Morr staff can assist you in finding and securing local financial assistance; be that banking, accounting, and/or legal services should you require them.
Home Organization
We are happy to organize your home as much or as little as you desire. The dedicated team member assigned to your home is trained in the Lenz + Morr level of organization and will bring that expertise to your home. Whether it be organizing your library, your collectables, your wine or even your garden and tool storage shed, no space will be left untouched. We love organization and we love bringing it to every facet of our members' lives.
Correspondence
We are happy to pen thank you notes, send birthday cards, anniversary cards and more to your list of contacts. We can also help to make this a seamless process, by organizing a comprehensive spreadsheet system with monthly reminders of all special events in your life.
Stage & Assist Property Sale
Should you sell your home, we are happy to arrange the staging and assist your broker with showings. We are also happy to introduce you to brokers we know in the area.
Assist Renters
Should you rent your home out, we are happy to assist in that process, from helping move renters in and out, to collecting payment and organizing paperwork, to assisting the renters with their personal needs as well.
Appointment Booking
We are happy to book tee times, spa appointments, salon appointments and we can assist in finding local dentists, doctors and other health professionals for you as well.
Marine, Helicopter & Aviation Services
We will commission your yacht, helicopter or plane for your arrival and departure as well as arrange for services throughout the year. We will also oversee all up keep of docks, helipads and landing strips.
Coordinate & Assist with Moves
We will organize and hire all movers needed, either for complete moves or smaller scale moves of furnishings, etc. We will oversee all packing, to ensure it meets our standards and that your valuables will arrive in perfect condition.
Automobile Services
We will ensure that all automobiles on the property are taken care of regularly. From running engines, to cleaning, to general automotive care.
Travel Arrangements
We are happy to assist in booking travel, creating itineraries, as well as booking activities or meetings.
Membership Renewal
We are happy to organize all membership renewal dates and research possible memberships you are interested in. For example, country clubs, private aviation clubs, charitable organizations, etc. We will also ensure that any magazine subscriptions sent to the home are up-to-date as well.
Personal Shopping
We are happy to complete any shopping our members request. This could be as simple as shopping for household items, to shopping and/or overseeing the purchase and organization of an entirely new wardrobe.
Additional
Again, every member is different and every member requires different services. We will sit down and draw up a comprehensive plan when you join Lenz + Morr and then we keep the line of communication open. Members can reach a team member 24/7 to adjust, add or remove any services. We are here for you, your home and your lifestyle.
