We treat our members like family. The needs and wishes are our members drive everything we do.
Lenz + Morr is headquartered in New York City, with a satellite office in Newport, RI. We have dedicated Lenz + Morr team members in locations worldwide, including, London, Palm Beach, Park City, Los Angeles, etc. However, we are able to train and hire team members in any location on earth to meet a new member's needs.
Membership with Lenz + Morr is renewable on annual basis and payment is taken monthly or annually based on the member's preference. When one joins, we sit down together and design a personalized plan of services and assign a dedicated team member - who will become the member's primary point of contact. This person will remain the same throughout the membership term, unless the member requests a change be made. We feel this leads to the consistency of service that we pride ourselves on.
The dedicated team member will send daily reports to our headquarters in New York and in Newport, where they will be approved and uploaded. Members can review their daily reports as frequently or infrequently as they desire at our member portal. Additionally, we will send a weekly report directly via email to members.
The services we offer cover those that would be covered by a personal assistant, concierge, and house manager. Plus, anything above and beyond that a member may desire. We are truly a one-stop-shop and we strive to make our member's lives more simple and therefore, more enjoyable.
